Wonderful house! Definitely book this Airbnb for the summer! We came in April and it was gorgeous, we thought it would be even better in Summer. Great large house with a nice outdoor area/bbq, and a super host who was really responsive. Comfy beds and an easy walk into town. Also had lots of recommendations and information in the book which was helpful as we had never been to Ramsgate. Also close to the train station, plus the golf course which we went to. Would definitely recommend

A most enjoyable break. 😀 - Well appointed period property with many homely features and decor. Plenty of extras left in the kitchen including a birthday card and bottle! The living room was decorated for Christmas which was a lovely touch. It was a lovely weekend occasion with family and there were plenty of rooms to choose from. Deanna our hostess was very helpful and responsive, and gave us plenty of useful information about the property, local restaurants and things to visit in this historic location. 😞 - The steep and numerous stairs are part of the character of the building - not a problem for us, but would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues.

Lovely stay with a group of friends to celebrate some 40ths. Good location. Close to the train station, close to the town for restaurants and amenities. Best part was plenty of beds for us all. Beautiful house and Deanna was really helpful. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay in Ramsgate! The property was spotless, beautifully presented, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect - close to the seafront, local cafés, and all the charm Ramsgate has to offer.A huge thank you to Deanna, who was an absolutely wonderful host - warm, thoughtful, and always quick to respond. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. We couldn’t recommend this place highly enough and would definitely stay again!

Great weekend at Latimer House 😀 - Lovely, comfortable house within easy walking distance of Ramsgate harbour and town centre. All the rooms were well appointed and felt home from home. We had a very enjoyable stay! 😞 - There really wasn't anything not to like, its a big house with lots of stairs so don't forget anything if you are staying in the very top bedroom, it's a long way back up. 🙂

Couldn’t have chosen a nicer property in such a lovely location 😀 - Beautiful location, coffee right over the road at the tennis courts with lovely staff, gorgeous place to run in the morning and fab dinner in the evening at La Magnolia. Decor in the property has been well thought out, everything you need is there already and no need to bring anything aside from your own food/drink. Deanna is just lovely and makes sure you have a wonderful stay. 😞 - Nothing. Perfect for my 80 year old parents who had their own space downstairs

Loved our stay in this beautiful house. The location was perfect. Everything about this Georgian house works well. Well equipped kitchen, lovely garden. Good space to eat together. Spacious but cosy sitting room with lovely balconies. Throughly recommend staying here.

We stayed at Latimer House for a hen party weekend and it was faultless. All of the rooms were well equipped and spacious, no one felt cramped. It was wonderfully furnished and very well equipped. The home had everything we needed. The garden is a gorgeous sheltered sun trap! And the real highlight was the long dining table with plenty of space for everyone to sit around. Deanna was also the most helpful host I've had on Air BnB - the pre stay information packs were incredibly useful in themselves but Deanna was also so helpful and responsive answering ad hoc questions and providing great local recommendations. Thank you so much - we (and especially the bride) had a perfect weekend!

Dogs are allowed on furniture in all cottages providing you bring a throw and use it.

No dogs are allowed upstairs at Low mill. Dogs are allowed upstairs at Fell View and Woodside providing you ask us and we request you bring your own bed linen.

We can provide a cot and a highchair upon request.

Of course, this is fine. But do make sure you allow plenty of time between your expected check in and the delivery slot in case of any travel delays

Fell View’s shop is 2 minutes walk away. Low mill and Woodside it is just over a mile away in the car.
